I went to Red Robin to eat last night. I sat at the bar and noticed that the bar top needed a good cleaning. I didn’t say anything as the 2 people in the area were really running hard. I then noticed everything needed a good cleaning. Then I saw the waiter making a shake. He had the cup under the ice cream dispenser and used his figure to slice off the ice cream from the dispenser. He mixed it and delivered it. Not good. I quickly asked for a to go box. The styrofoam box was lying upside down on an upper level shelf. I walked out and threw out my food.

We have not been to Red Robin for a while with COVID. We were driving by, pulled in and placed an order for curbside carry out. The person who answered the call, I was not overly impressed with. She was very like (OMG she wants to place an order and she kinda knows what's on the menu UGH!!!!!). I told her what my husband wanted and what I wanted. Daniel the wonderful employee tasked with running orders outside. Stopped asked our name and said said he would be sure that our order was placed correctly. He was great. Absolutely friendly, respectful and very efficient. If they do shut down in restaurant dinning because of the rise in COVID cases; please be sure that Daniel is part of the team running orders to the pick up lanes. (this would be the Independence location off of 40 HWY)

I've been at this establishment very few times over the years. However, it's left a nice impression on me. The one time my family and I had a wait time of almost an hour. Once inside things got rolling. Waiter was very attentive, speedy, and friendly. Food came out a bit sooner than expected and tasty. Ordered food pickup online and it's great. Very pleasant lady and food came out with very little wait. No order screw ups occurred. Highly recommend this place. For those who are on a budget, take a look at their Family Meals. It's priced very good in my opinion.

Cheddars is still really good but nothing can beat Red Robin! I love there campfire sauce you should get that for sure, the fries are really good to but the best is there Burgers! There so origanal and they try new things 5 stars for sure!
